Yes. The free plan includes 100 products and one collection, with no credit card required. It is enough to organise a first project before you upgrade.

Pro is US$19 per member per month billed monthly, or US$180 per member per year billed yearly, which works out to about US$0.49 per day. It adds unlimited products and collections, 150 AI product imports a month, and centralised billing.

Yes. VAT, GST and sales tax work on Free and Pro. Set your workspace tax region and Aalto adds tax rates, tax amounts and totals ex tax and inc tax to your schedules. CSV exports include the tax columns on any plan. Excel and PDF exports are on Pro.

Yes, if a shared link is what you need. Aalto Free is US$0, and Pro is US$19 per member per month, so a team of up to five on Pro stays under US$100 a month. Your products sit in an FF&E schedule with prices, status and tax columns, and your client opens a read-only link with no login. Export the schedule as CSV on Free, or as Excel and PDF on Pro. Aalto does not include client approvals or invoicing. If you need those, look at a studio system such as Programa or Houzz Pro.

Yes. You can cancel Pro at any time, monthly or yearly, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Pro is priced per member per month, so you pay for each person on your team who uses Aalto, all managed under one centralised bill.

Pro workspaces can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and VS Code. The steps are on the connect page. The AI app signs in as you and works in your workspace at the level an admin sets: off, read only, or read and change. It can search, save, import, organise and export products, never deletes anything, and every action is logged and can be undone in Settings.
