Connecting AI apps is part of Aalto Pro. A workspace admin opens Settings, then MCP, chooses Read only or Read and change, and copies the connector address. Add that address as a connector in your AI app, sign in to Aalto when asked, and approve the app.

The workspace's access level decides what a connected app may do. An admin changes it in Settings, then MCP. A Free workspace needs to upgrade to Pro first. Each person can also limit or switch off an app they connected, in the same place.

Open Settings, then MCP, then AI activity. Every action a connected app took is listed with the app, the person and the time. Show changes lists what was changed, and Undo reverts it. A connected app can never delete products or collections.

Open Settings, then MCP, then Connected apps, and choose Disconnect. The app loses access straight away. You can also remove Aalto from the app's own connector or plugin settings.

Some supplier sites block automated reading. Open the product in Aalto and choose Re-extract, or fill in the details by hand. An import that fills in nothing is given back to your monthly allowance.

Open Settings, then Billing. You can cancel Pro at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Open Settings and choose Delete account. Your products, collections and other data are removed with it. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
