How it works
- 1Install the Aalto Chrome extension and sign in.
- 2Open a product page on any supplier or retailer site.
- 3Click the extension or press Alt+C. Aalto reads the name, brand, price, image and supplier, and attaches the spec sheet when the page links one.
- 4Pick the collection it belongs to as you save, so there is nothing to sort later.
- 5Add tags or custom fields like lead time or finish code. Aalto can fill some custom fields for you from the page.

What does Aalto capture from a product page?
The product name, brand, price and currency, main image and source URL, plus details like supplier, SKU, colour and availability when the page lists them. If the page links a spec sheet or PDF, Aalto keeps a copy with the product.
Can I save a product without the extension?
Yes. Paste the product link into Aalto on the web or in the mobile app and it fills in the same details. This helps when a work computer blocks browser extensions.
Where do I get the extension?
The Aalto extension is on the Chrome Web Store. In any browser you can also save a product by pasting its link into Aalto.
How many products can I save for free?
The free plan holds 100 products in one collection, with 5 AI product imports a month. An AI product import is each time Aalto fills in a product from its link, including re-extracting one. Pro removes the product and collection limits and includes 150 AI product imports a month.
