Does my client need an Aalto account?
No. A share link opens a read-only page of product images and names in any browser, with no login.
Can my team edit the same board?
Yes. Invite teammates as editors and everyone works on the same products, with changes appearing live. Editor invites are part of Pro.
Is collaboration included in the free plan?
The free plan includes view-only share links for clients. Inviting editors to work with you needs Pro, which is $19 per member per month.
Can I publish a collection publicly?
Yes. You can set a collection to private, link-only or public, and public collections can appear on your Aalto profile page.
